Q. How can I get those big sweeping triceps that Vince Gironda had back in the day? What was his triceps workout?

A. Vince Gironda's best tricep workout was called "A Muscle Has For Sides" where he used four different exercises, each one to bring out a different aspect of the muscle, done in a row with no rest in between.

The exercises were:

Tricep barbell pullover
Barbell rollover and press
Reverse close parallel dip
Dumbell kickback

Each exercise should be done for 12 reps He did the workout two days a week, but twice a day on those days, with at least 4 hours between workouts.
