Q. I'm a big fan of Mr. Gironda, but I like to work my whole body in one workout. What would be a Gironda approved full body workout I could do three times a week?

A. Vince would suggest you do the following full body workout:

Thighs: Sissy squats - 3 sets of 8 reps
Calves: Standing raise - 3 sets of 20 reps
Back: Chin up - 3 sets of 8 reps
Chest: Dips - 3 sets of 8 reps
Shoulders: Upright row - 3 sets of 8 reps
Biceps: Barbell drag curl - 3 sets of 8 reps
Triceps: Rope pushdowns - 3 sets of 8 reps
