Q. What did Vince think about keeping a workout journal? Did he think it was worth it to spend all that time writing down everything you do in the gym as well as everything you eat?

A. Vince did feel it was important to keep a training and diet journal. He felt if you had everything written down there would be no guessing and you could pin point what is working for you and what isn't.

Keep a record of your exercises, weight lifted, sets, reps. And also exactly what you eat every day, how many grams of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
