Peter Lupus Workout
Peter Lupus (Peter Nash Lupus Jr) was born on June 17 in 1932, is an American actor and bodybuilder. At his peak he was six feet four inches and weighed two hundred fifty pounds. He won such titles as Mr. Indianapolis, Mr. Indiana, Mr. Hercules and Mr. International.
He is best known for his roles of Willy Armitage in the TV show Mission: Impossible, and as "Mr. Galaxy" Flex Martian in the movie Muscle Beach Party. He has also used the stage name Rock Stevens.
Peter Lupus Workout Routine
He worked out at the true Mecca for the top bodybuilders - Vince's Gym.
He followed Vince Gironda's teachings on the most effective exercises for each body part and taking only short rests sets, to get a maximum muscle pump.
For Chest he did Decline Fly with Pulleys.
For Back, he did Chin-Ups or Lat Pulldowns.
For Shoulders he did Seated Laterals or Seated Presses.
For Biceps, he did Scott Curls or Incline Dumbbell Curls.
For Triceps, he did Pushdowns or Lying Extensions done with a rope.
For Legs, he did Machine Squats or Leg Extensions.
For calves, he did Standing Calf Raise.
For calves, he did Sit-Ups or Leg Thrusts.
Peter Lupus Diet
He followed the Vince Gironda high protein, low carbohydrate diet, drink three protein shakes a day and two solid food meals of broiled meat, cottage cheese and tomato or some fruit.
When he would eat at restaurants he liked Chinese or Japanese food, because they are nutritious and he enjoyed the taste.
