Drag Curl An exercise that Vince himself believed very strongly was something that was very neglected by many weight trainers and that is the good old Vince Gironda Body Drag Curls. This is basically the barbell curl that we all know with a few vitally important differences.
Start by holding the barbell wider than your shoulders and then make sure that you have your elbows tucked tightly into your sides and slightly back without leaning forward. There is a tendency to find the path of least resistance and this does not work the lateral head of the bicep.
